KADAI PANEER

- Paneer 300g
- Fennel seeds ½ teaspoon
- Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
- Peppercorns 7-8
- Coriander seeds 1 tablespoon
- Red chilly Whole 3-4
- Chilli Powder 1 tablespoon
- Butter 2 tablespoon
- Garam Masala 1 teaspoon
- Onions-medium size chopped
- Green Bell pepper-medium size chopped
- Tomato Puree- 3-4( tomatoes blanched and blended)
- Salt (according to your taste)
- Cream 2 tablespoon
- Sugar (pinch of sugar)
- Fenugreek leaves 1teaspoon
- Cilantro(coriander)
- Dry roast the pepper corns, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, red chilly whole, fennel seeds, and then add fenugreek leaves till the nice aroma releases. Turn off the flame and transfer it in to a plate and let it cool for 10 minutes, and grind them in a grinder and until smooth powder. Keep it aside.
- Heat the butter in the pan and add the powder(which was kept aside), cook the masala in the butter and add onions, bell pepper. Stir it for 2 minutes and then add tomato puree, chilly powder, let this cook until the raw flavor is gone and add salt, sugar and paneer. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Add cream and cilantro
- Serve Kadai paneer with naan, roti.
