UGADI PACHADI
INGREDIENTS:
- Neem flowers - 1/4th teaspoon
- Raw mango - 3 tablespoon finely chopped
- Crushed jaggery - 2 tablespoon
- One small lemon size of tamarind made into thick water
- Salt to your taste
- Water - half cup
- Red chilli powder - according to your taste
METHOD:
- Soak tamarind in water for 10 minutes and make pulp
- Add raw mango pieces, salt and pepper.
- Add neem flowers and jaggery.
