UGADI PACHADI (CHUTNEY)




UGADI PACHADI




INGREDIENTS:

  • Neem flowers - 1/4th teaspoon
  • Raw mango - 3 tablespoon finely chopped
  • Crushed jaggery - 2 tablespoon
  • One small lemon size of tamarind made into thick water
  • Salt to your taste
  • Water - half cup
  • Red chilli powder - according to your taste




METHOD:


  • Soak tamarind in water for 10 minutes and make pulp











  • Add raw mango pieces, salt and pepper.







  • Add neem flowers and jaggery.










  • Mix them well
